Meditation Class

I think I was able to experience true “no thought” for the first time ever, even if I could only hold it for a few seconds. -AR
I like how simple [she] made it. I’ve always pictured meditation techniques being difficult to master. What [she] taught, I was able to maybe not master, but complete workable in one sitting. I can do this on a ten-minute break in my office! -SH
